Hi, I'm Maureen

For years, I worked as a Licensed Occupational Therapist, helping people recover and regain their independence. But I kept seeing the same pattern — so many of the health challenges my clients faced could have been prevented with the right guidance, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

That realization sparked a passion that led me to become a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner. Now, through Living Well & Whole, I combine my clinical background with evidence-based nutrition, natural wellness strategies, and my deep faith to help people transform their health from the inside out.

I believe that true wellness is more than just what you eat or how much you exercise — it's about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're dealing with hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, or simply want to feel more vibrant and energized, I'm here to walk alongside you on that journey.

Who is health coaching for?

Health coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their overall wellness — whether you're dealing with low energy, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, weight challenges, or simply want to feel more vibrant and purposeful. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit. If you're ready for positive change, coaching can help.

What happens during the free consultation?

The free 30-minute consultation is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other. You'll share your health goals and challenges, I'll explain how coaching works, and together we'll determine if we're a good fit. There's no pressure — just an honest conversation about your wellness journey.

How long are coaching programs?

Programs range from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on the service. Group programs run in 6-week cycles, while 1-on-1 coaching is typically 3 or 6 months. During your free consultation, we'll discuss which program length makes the most sense for your goals.

Do you work with clients virtually?

Yes! I work with clients both virtually via Zoom and in-person in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Virtual sessions are just as effective and give you the flexibility to meet from anywhere. Most of my clients choose virtual sessions for convenience.

How much does coaching cost?

Pricing varies depending on the program and duration. I offer several package options to fit different budgets and needs. During your free consultation, we'll discuss your goals and I'll recommend the best package for you, along with transparent pricing details. Your health is an investment, and I want to make it accessible.

What does "faith-based" coaching mean?

Faith-based coaching means I integrate spiritual wellness into the health journey for clients who desire it. This might include prayer, scripture-based encouragement, or simply honoring the connection between spiritual and physical health. It's always optional and tailored to your comfort level — all clients are welcome regardless of background.

Is health coaching a replacement for medical care?

No. Health coaching is a complement to, not a replacement for, medical care. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I work alongside your healthcare team to support your overall wellness through lifestyle changes, nutrition guidance, and holistic strategies. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.
